Lauren Sesselmann is a highly decorated professional soccer player who retired in 2022. Along with playing many years in women's professional soccer leagues in the United States, Lauren was a member of the Canadian national team from 2011 to 2015. She helped Team Canada win a gold medal in the 2011 Pan American Games, a bronze medal at the 2012 Olympics, and represented Canada in the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup. Lauren is also in the Hall of Fame for the University of Purdue, where she set six records in points, goals, assists, game-winning goals, multiple-goal games, and shots on goal registered.
Off the field, Lauren is a mentor, trainer and camp coach for amateur athletes, a sports agent, and the host of podcasts and media channels. Lauren has graced the cover of a number of magazines, has been in numerous TV shows and movies, and has traveled the world walking in fashion shows. It's safe to say that she is a women on the go. Which is why Rootine targeted her to be the face of the company's advertising campaigns in 2022 and 2023. Rootine is a custom vitamin company that tests your blood and stress levels to create the perfect multivitamin tailored to each consumer. Other revolutions, like a microbead formula and innovative packaging, are putting the brand top of market in the vitamin space.
Lauren's multifaceted lifestyle resonated with the brand's target demographic, and after completing photoshoots to collect assets, Lauren has been placed on all Rootine advertising assets. Spots can be seen digitally, Out-Of-Home (OOH), in Point-Of-Sale (POS), and other physical forms of brand advertising. Not only, Lauren has created custom content herself about her life on the go, used by the company in paid promotions and new product testing.
