In honor of #BlackHistoryMonth 2019, Josh Richardson created a playlist for Apple Music celebrating black excellence and culture. The playlist was shared on Apple’s digital channels, featured on the brand’s home page during the month and made available to all Apple Music listeners. “I tried to highlight a few lesser-known artists,” Richardson says. “Since I am a super easygoing person, my playlist, made up of R&B, rap, and some pop music, reflects a mood of hanging outside or chilling with friends.”
